PG Vault FAQ's
The PG Vault securely stores your graded cards while listing them on eBay for 28 days. Each item is priced using accurate recent sales data, with a reserve set at 80% of its estimated value. Once your card sells, we ship it directly to the buyer and issue your payout after eBay’s 14-day return window has closed.
As the PG Vault is currently in our Beta phase, we will only be reaching out to select customers to offer this service too. This will allow us to learn and implement any updates to the process before rolling the vault to all submitters. Please be patient! We want to get this right for you!
You will be offered the chance to have your listing set with a buy it now price whilst the auction is running with an 80% of estimated value reserve.
