Pokemon Card Grading
For over 25 years, Pokémon cards have dominated card collecting in the UK. 90% of our current grading efforts are focused on the specialty of authenticating and inspecting Pokémon cards. We accept all vintage, modern and promo cards. So whether it’s a VSTAR, VMAX, ALT-ART or PROMO, we’re ready to grade and authenticate as well as encapsulate your cherished collection.

Non-Standard Pokemon
Pokemon are known for their epic collaborations making certain cards scarce, unique and highly collectable. Our experts know how to authenticate and professionally grade the likes of Topps, Meji, Cardass, Old Maid and further unique collectable Pokemon cards such as the numbered Bear Walker skateboard cards.

Pokémon Art Match Gallery
PG is proud to offer collectors the most Premium Art Match labels within the grading business. Our goal is simple. To ensure that the original artists style is captured and continued into each labels art. We’re lucky to have an extremely talented artist in Sofia J who’s imagination is completely unmatched when it comes to executing this concept. You can view how each art match label sits with each card within our art match gallery. Enjoy browsing!

Pokemon Card Grading FAQ's
The honest answer is, yes, sometimes. The higher the raw value a card has, the more likely that you will increase your cards value providing it grades ‘Near-Mint to Gem-Mint’. We always recommend grading cards that have a raw value of at least £40 if you wish to try and increase your cards value.
The Standard Label is as shown in the images above. Dark Blue & Gold should your card achieve a GEM-MINT 10 grade. An Art Matched Label makes your label match the card you are submitting. Please note that if we do not have an Art Match Label for your card, a 3-Point colour match will then be applied.
Yes, absolutely. If a card is authenticated, graded and protected, it will appeal much greater to potential buyers. Grading is proven to increase buyer confidence on the second hand collectors market.
Yes. Most collectors grade their cards purely to authenticate and preserve their cards current condition. Trading cards have proven to increase in value over time, so it makes sense to ensure your cards are fully protected from any future potential wear and tear. The difference in even the slightest minor flaw on a particular card can gravely affect the future overall value. So before you buy more cards, protect the ones you already have.
